Nepean College Open Day Pics 2013

The Open Day at Nepean College was a great success. The highlight of the day was the Q&A with special guest Reg Mombassa. Reg assisted in the opening of the Visual Arts Diploma students exhibition in the Trapezium gallery, participated in the Q&A with Leo Robba in our T Block auditorium, jumped in and played a song with the performing student band and produced some drawings in our outdoor space. A great day.

Graphic Design students create very popular fonts 2013

As part of the Graphic Design Diploma, students are asked to design new and creative fonts based on a chosen theme. The fonts are then formatted in FontLab and uploaded to DaFont.com for distribution. As you can see from the amount of times the fonts have been downloaded that the fonts, as always, are extremely popular designs. Winning the download is Michael Wong's Nouveau Fontdue design. Well done all Designers.
